I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
Yes, we are able to cancel an order once it has been submitted, if request is received within 24 hours. Please email contact@boogiedowncinema.net within 24hrs of your order to process your refund properly.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, items must be unused and with tags intact. Return requests must be made within 7 business days. You must pay for shipping costs.
I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
Order confirmations are received immediately after your order is complete. If you did not receive a confirmation and your card has been charged, please email contact@boogiedowncinema.net and make sure to save your order number for your records.
I emailed customer service, how long will it take for them to respond?
Our representatives are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response to be received.

We ship globally. Shipping costs may vary.
